Features of bottle unscrambler
1. Working principle of filling :
CO2 pre-inflation
The inflation valve opens, forming a passage in the CO2 space between the wine bottle and the wine tank. CO2 is poured into the bottle through this passage.When the set time is reached, the inflation valve is closed and the CO2 pre-charging ends.
Vacuum
The vacuum valve stem is opened to form a passage between the wine bottle and the vacuum channel. The mixture of CO2 and air in the bottle exits the wine bottle through this passage, forming a vacuum in the wine bottle.When the set time is reached, the vacuum valve stem is closed, and one vacuum is completed.
Backup pressure
The inflation valve opens, forming a passage between the wine bottle and the return air passage. CO2 is poured into the bottle through this passage until the pressure of CO2 in the bottle is equal to the pressure in the wine tank.
Filling
When the liquid valve is opened, a passage is formed between the wine bottle and the wine tank. The material enters the bottle through this passage. At the same time, the CO2 in the bottle flows back to the wine tank through the air return pipe at the same speed. Until the material in the bottle rises over the air return pipe to form a pressure balance, the compressed CO2 in the bottle seals the material and continues to flow out.
Closed valve
After the filled bottle is allowed to stand for a certain period of time, the liquid valve and the inflation valve are closed to cut off the passage between the wine tank and the bottle.
Exhaust
The vent valve opens, creating a path between the wine bottle and the atmosphere. The pressure in the wine bottle is released by this passage. Finally, the pressure relief process is carried out until the wine bottle is separated from the filling part.
